Cakes Northwich and Cheshire

My cakes and fillings are homemade and contain no artificial flavourings or preservatives. I use fresh, quality ingredients. I can cater for any occasion, such as christenings, birthdays, engagement parties, weddings, anniversaries and corporate events.

You can choose from a variety of mouth-watering sponge cake flavours, ranging from vanilla and chocolate to lemon and orange, together with equally delicious fillings, or perhaps you’d prefer cupcakes or even a fruitcake.

Bursting with flavour

My Victoria sponge is a hit with customers thanks to its light sponge, together with indulgent vanilla buttercream and seedless raspberry jam filling. My lemon cake is also popular because of its light sponge bursting with lemon zest and filled with lemon buttercream, while my moist chocolate cake comes with buttercream containing chocolate with a high cocoa content.

With a rich fruitcake, the fruit is soaked in brandy for several days prior to baking. The cake is matured for at least a month and moistened with brandy before being covered in marzipan and iced.

These are just a few examples of what I offer and I’m happy to make whatever you request.

I also provide bespoke novelty cakes, working with whatever idea, theme or design you have in mind. I make cakes with an edible image such as a person, pet or hobby.

My cakes are individually designed, baked and decorated to order, based on whatever style you ask for, whether traditional, funny, vintage, colourful or simple.

All needs catered for

Although I don’t use nuts in my cakes or fillings, I can’t guarantee my cakes contain no nut traces. If you have any special dietary requirements or food allergies, please let me know before placing your order and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

My kitchen is registered with the local authority and has been inspected for food hygiene and safety. My business has the highest food hygiene rating of 5 stars. I’m also fully insured.

Diploma

I have been privileged to work with Sugarcraft Artist Leigh Muschette and tutor Sharon Brown at The Hertfordshire School of Sugarcraft.

I hold a PME Professional Diploma in sugarpaste, sugar flowers, royal icing and piping and was recently award my Masters Certificate.
