Beginners Cake Decorating Course

Saturday 10th February 2018


During this 5 hour class you will learn how to:-
Level, fill and crumbcoat a sponge cake.
Cover the cake and board to a professional finish.
Crimp a board edge.
Learn a variety of techniques to make butterflies, flowers and leaves using flowerpaste.
Use dusts to enhance your decorations and display in a balanced design.
You will need to provide an 8” sponge cake, along with some other basic equipment.
